If you're going to collect historical miniatures, I think there is a rule that
you have to have at least an aborted or unfinished Roman army, if not a
completed one. Mine were originally aquired rather by accident, but I feel
compelled to work on them if for no other reason than to complete the
stereotype.

The uniformity of these figures will make doing multiple units
of them a little tedious, even for me. Due to that, I decided
to paint this unit incredibly quickly. I'll spend some good time
on the praetorians and the charachters, but this is going to be a
more average quality army.
